Can I sew or use BBCC designs for commercial use such as selling quilts at a craft show?
Because of strict copyright laws, written permission must be obtained. Additionally, please note that we have licensing agreements with our artists who entrust their art to us. For any commercial use of our products, we require an agreement in writing so that we can guarantee that the royalty fees entitled to our artists will be given to them. If you desire to use our designs for any reason other than what is stated on the pattern (© 2007 Bigfork Bay Cotton Company. All Rights Reserved. Printed in U.S.A. The design for this quilt pattern is protected by U.S. copyright law. Purchase of this pattern entitles the buyer to make one or more quilts for non-commercial consumer use. If you wish to reproduce this design in any medium for resale, written permission is required from Bigfork Bay Cotton Company. What is copyright?
