Bigfork Bay Cotton Company was ecstatic to open its doors in May of 2006. We had a grand opening party that was a great success, and were very excited to meet members of the Flathead Lake community. Since that time we have had the honor of serving many local and visiting customers, and have welcomed quilters and artists from all over into our growing educational and pattern development projects. Our office hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm MST, Monday - Friday. We are closed all major holidays. Please allow up to two full business days for a response to your email, although we will respond as promptly as possible. If you do not receive a response from us within that time frame please call us as we may not have received your email.

All orders are shipped either by UPS Ground or USPS, depending on the order. If you prefer expedited shipping please call 1·866·245·5718 or 1·406·837·2399 and ask to speak to the shipping department.
Retail Domestic Shipping:
Our shipping costs for retail customers are based on the dollar amount of the order:
• 0-15.99 @$3.00
• 16-38.99 @4.95
• 39-68.99 @7.95
• 69-99.99 @10.95
• 100-up @13.95
International Shipping:
Actual shipping charges plus a small handling/administration fee for retail and wholesale customers will be charged. These charges will be calculated at the time of shipment. For additional information email cs@bigforkbaycottonco.com or call 1·866·245·5718 or 1·406·837·2399.
• Packages cannot be tracked through USPS. Therefore we will not be able to process any refunds 90 days from the actual shipping date for lost packages.
• The shipping charges do not include any customs or duty charges.
Wholesale Domestic Shipping:
Shipping costs for wholesale orders will be determined at the time of shipment and will consist of actual shipping costs plus a small fee for handling.

Can I sew or use BBCC designs for commercial use such as selling quilts at a craft show?
Because of strict copyright laws, written permission must be obtained. Additionally, please note that we have licensing agreements with our artists who entrust their art to us. For any commercial use of our products, we require an agreement in writing so that we can guarantee that the royalty fees entitled to our artists will be given to them. The design for this quilt pattern is protected by U.S. copyright law. Purchase of this pattern entitles the buyer to make one or more quilts for non-commercial consumer use. If you wish to reproduce this design in any medium for resale, written permission is required from Bigfork Bay Cotton Company.
